Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Range
We currently offer shipping services within the United States, including all 50 states and Washington, DC (excluding overseas areas or military addresses APO/FPO), as well as to Canada.

2. Shipping Method and Time
We provide commercial shipping services and express shipping services for US orders.
*Shipping Method: Commercial Shipping

The shipping time=Order Processing time+Transportation time
*Order Processing Time: All in stock orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. 
*Transportation Time:
Commercial Shipping: 10-15 business days

3. Shipping Cost

Enjoy free shipping on orders over $80. For orders under $80, a flat shipping fee of $6.99 applies.

4. Package Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send a confirmation email with the logistics tracking number of the package. You can always check the status of the package on the official website of the logistics company.


5. Lost or Damaged Package
* If your package is lost or damaged during transportation, please contact our customer service team immediately.
* We will provide you with free re-shipping or refund services after confirmation.
* Please file a claim within 7 calendar days of receiving the package and attach relevant photos (such as damaged products or packaging).


6. Shipping Restrictions
* We currently do not support shipping to overseas areas of the United States, military addresses (APO/FPO) or Post Office Boxes (PO Box).
* Some orders may be delayed due to force majeure factors (such as bad weather or logistics delays), and we will contact you in time.
